How to use this
Please give these a proper read, not a skim: anything that's factually off, out of date, phrased in a way a director in real trouble wouldn't trust, or overclaimed. Sections 1-3 (insolvency procedures, director risk, debt/HMRC) are closest to your actual work and where we'd like your eye first; everything after that is lower priority but still fair game if you have time.
